I will be a part of the Mini Maker Faire on Saturday October 18 from 11-4 at the main library, downtown San Antonio.  If you are in the area, I hope you can drop by and say hello!

You know they say that the only constant in life is change.  I have some (good) changes to share with you today.  I feel lucky to have been a part of the Roadhouse Arts crew for the past year.  The ladies behind the scenes are all amazing and talented, I have loved being an instructor in their space.  At this time, they have decided to make separate studios in the same area.  You can read all about the news here.

Starting in January I will be a resident instructor at The Makery (where Roadhouse is currently located).  Francesca has been working hard at getting the new website and workshop listings ready.  I hope you will hop over and check it out.  I will now be reunited in teaching with my sister, Laura Dehart.  This hasn't happened since our days at Stamp Antonio.  I know many of you will remember her and know how excited I am about it.  All of the instructors at The Makery are top-notch.  I hope you will come and spend the day taking some workshops with us.  Francesca's vision includes creating a community of like minded artsy souls and we want you to be a part of it.  Bulverde is just a short trip up the road from me here in San Antonio.  It actually takes me less time to get there than to the other side of San Antonio.  Make the drive, you'll be glad you did.

Here are some samples of the new workshops I have coming up at the Makery next year...

The Makery is already taking registrations for these workshops.  You may sign up anytime online.

Thanks for checking in with me and letting me share my news.  I appreciate each and every one of you.
